Bioi started this journal two years ago when i was a student teacher at a diverse urban public school in portland, oregon. i taught 4th grade. i was working towards my MAT at a liberal arts graduate school of education. i graduated in june 2007.
this year i am a fourth grade teacher at a new public waldorf methods charter school. this is my second year of teaching (second year with my class, too) and also the school's second year in operation.
this is my diary. i keep most posts friends-only to preserve privacy and the anonymity of my colleagues and students. please comment or friend me if you are interested in reading.
